Got a new office building client in Youngstown and found something concerning. Three of the 18 months show estimated reads with no true-up. The meter nameplate shows 600:5 but the billing system has 100:5.
Great catch, Nancy P. I''ve seen MidAmerican Energy do this before — it''s a systemic issue in their billing system.
Had the exact same problem with Austin Energy last year. Took about 18 months to resolve but got full refund.
