Quick question for the group about service charges. The meter nameplate shows 600:5 but the billing system has 200:5. We pulled 48 months of billing history and found the demand ratchet miscalculation started in 2022.

Welcome insights here. I''d add that Georgia Power''s billing system has had known issues with fuel adjustments since their platform migration. Document everything carefully.
