Interesting development with my ConEd dispute. Client's been paying $5,200/month too much every month since 2012. I've calculated total overcharges at approximately $5,200/month going back 3 years.

Great catch, Dan K. I've seen Entergy do this before — it's a systemic issue in their billing system.
This is exactly why I always pull 18+ months of history. The pattern wouldn't show in a shorter window.
