How many clients can one auditor handle?

Just ran into an interesting situation with Duke Energy in Salt Lake City. Three of the 24 months show estimated reads with no true-up. The Rate BES rate schedule clearly states power factor minimum 0.95, but the bill shows winter rates applied year-round.
Craig W, what was the client''s reaction when you showed them the $5,200/month overcharge?
This is exactly why I always pull 12+ months of history. The pattern wouldn''t show in a shorter window.
Solid analysis. One thing I''d add is to verify the seasonal rates apply May-October against the original service application.
Had the exact same problem with ComEd last year. Took about 24 months to resolve but got full refund.
Pro tip: ask for the billing determinant detail, not just the bill summary. The devil''s in the details with Austin Energy.
Welcome insights here. I''d add that Oncor''s billing system has had known issues with demand charges since their platform migration. Document everything carefully.
