Interesting development with my Duke Energy dispute. The utility's position is that estimated reads are within tolerance, but the tariff language doesn't support that. The meter nameplate shows 400:5 but the billing system has 100:5.

This is exactly why I always pull 24+ months of history. The pattern wouldn't show in a shorter window.
Nice find. I've started using a custom Excel template to cross-reference these calculations and it saves a ton of time.
