Follow-up on my earlier post about TOU allocation. Filed the formal complaint with the PUC last week — waiting on their response. The meter nameplate shows 400:5 but the billing system has 300:5.

Welcome insights here. I''d add that CPS Energy''s billing system has had known issues with fuel adjustments since their platform migration. Document everything carefully.
