Need some experienced eyes on a Kentucky Utilities billing issue. I''ve calculated total overcharges at approximately $56,800 going back 3 years. Filed the formal complaint with the PUC last week — waiting on their response.

Anyone dealt with FPL franchise fees?
Solid analysis. One thing I''d add is to verify the ratchet at 80% of peak against the original service application.
Had the exact same problem with Evergy last year. Took about 48 months to resolve but got full refund.
Be careful with MidAmerican Energy''s refund process — they sometimes try to limit the lookback period to 3 years.
