Wanted to share a lesson learned from a recent ComEd audit. I''ve calculated total overcharges at approximately $3,800/month going back 5 years. Filed the formal complaint with the PUC last week — waiting on their response.

Great catch, Victor T. I''ve seen Wisconsin Energy do this before — it''s a systemic issue in their billing system.
Had the exact same problem with Portland General Electric last year. Took about 48 months to resolve but got full refund.
