Been auditing laundromat accounts for 5 years and never seen this before. The TOU peak window on the bill doesn''t match the current tariff definition. Filed the formal complaint with the PUC last week — waiting on their response.

Caught ConEd meter multiplier error going back 2 years
Had the exact same problem with Oncor last year. Took about 12 months to resolve but got full refund.
