Welcome insights here. I''d add that Wisconsin Energy''s billing system has had known issues with backbilling limits since their platform migration. Document everything carefully.

Anyone dealt with Southern California Edison tariff interpretation?
Need some experienced eyes on a AEP Ohio billing issue. Compared the interval data against the bill and found demand values that exceed physical capacity. I''ve calculated total overcharges at approximately $9,400 going back 6 years.
Don''t forget to check the Rate GLP effective dates — CPS Energy backdated a rate change that caught me off guard.
Be careful with Pacific Gas & Electric''s refund process — they sometimes try to limit the lookback period to 4 years.
I disagree with the approach of going straight to the PUC. Try the utility''s escalation process first — it''s faster.
