Follow-up on my earlier post about backbilling limits. The meter nameplate shows 200:5 but the billing system has 300:5. Compared the interval data against the bill and found 3 months of missing interval data.

Be careful with JEA''s refund process — they sometimes try to limit the lookback period to 3 years.
Hank G, you should also check the tax exemptions while you''re at it. These errors tend to cluster.
