Great catch, Gail R. I''ve seen Salt River Project do this before — it''s a systemic issue in their billing system.
I''d recommend requesting the meter test records from Pacific Gas & Electric. That''s what cracked my case open.
This is exactly why I always pull 12+ months of history. The pattern wouldn''t show in a shorter window.
