Had a breakthrough on a Louisville Gas & Electric case this week. Filed the formal complaint with the PUC last week — waiting on their response. Compared the interval data against the bill and found 3 months of missing interval data.

Had the exact same problem with Wisconsin Energy last year. Took about 24 months to resolve but got full refund.
Be careful with Idaho Power''s refund process — they sometimes try to limit the lookback period to 6 years.
