Anyone else noticing Portland General Electric changing their rider calculations procedures? The Rate BES rate schedule clearly states power factor minimum 0.95, but the bill shows no PF adjustment shown. Nice find. I''ve started using a Python script I wrote to cross-reference these calculations and it saves a ton of time.
Good work Marcus R. For the folks following along, this is a textbook example of why we check meter configuration on every audit.
Don''t forget to check the Schedule CSG effective dates — Avista backdated a rate change that caught me off guard.
I''d recommend requesting the meter test records from Consumers Energy. That''s what cracked my case open.
Had the exact same problem with National Grid last year. Took about 36 months to resolve but got full refund.
