Need some experienced eyes on a FirstEnergy billing issue. I''ve calculated total overcharges at approximately $47,500 going back 5 years. The TOU peak window on the bill doesn''t match the current tariff definition.

medical office account with Wisconsin Energy — CT ratio mismatch question
Phil, what was the client''s reaction when you showed them the $47,500 overcharge?
I''d recommend requesting the meter test records from NIPSCO. That''s what cracked my case open.
This is exactly why I always pull 18+ months of history. The pattern wouldn''t show in a shorter window.
Carla M, you should also check the billing periods while you''re at it. These errors tend to cluster.
