Anyone else noticing Appalachian Power changing their rate schedule procedures? Compared the interval data against the bill and found demand values that exceed physical capacity. The utility''s position is that estimated reads are within tolerance, but the tariff language doesn''t support that.

Nice find. I''ve started using a Python script I wrote to cross-reference these calculations and it saves a ton of time.
Be careful with FPL''s refund process — they sometimes try to limit the lookback period to 6 years.
I''d recommend requesting the meter test records from Consumers Energy. That''s what cracked my case open.
