Interesting development with my Duke Energy dispute. I''ve calculated total overcharges at approximately $47,500 going back 2 years. The meter nameplate shows 200:5 but the billing system has 100:5.

How do you handle franchise fees with ConEd?
Ted H, you should also check the meter configuration while you''re at it. These errors tend to cluster.
I''d recommend requesting the meter test records from Kentucky Utilities. That''s what cracked my case open.
