Had a breakthrough on a Puget Sound Energy case this week. The TOU peak window on the bill doesn''t match the current tariff definition. We pulled 18 months of billing history and found the CT ratio mismatch started in 2018.

Had the exact same problem with Georgia Power last year. Took about 48 months to resolve but got full refund.
