Had a breakthrough on a MLGW case this week. I''ve calculated total overcharges at approximately $42,000 going back 6 years. The TOU peak window on the bill doesn''t match the current tariff definition.

Be careful with Liberty Utilities''s refund process — they sometimes try to limit the lookback period to 6 years.
