Dana, I'm in Des Moines and been tracking this closely. The new Schedule LGS-2 has completely restructured demand charges and added seasonal variations that weren't there before. Already identifying potential issues with how they plan to implement the transition. The 90-day overlap period between old and new rates creates opportunities for billing errors.
Quick follow-up - MidAmerican's implementation started this month and I'm already seeing calculation errors on commercial accounts. The new demand ratchet provisions aren't being applied correctly.
