Great idea Willa! Count me in. 2020's been absolutely crazy with all the utility bill assistance programs and payment deferrals. Would love to hear how others have been handling clients who got behind during the moratoriums. Idaho Power extended their program through March.
I'll join! Charlotte's been a mess with Duke Energy's disconnect moratorium ending. Had three commercial clients get massive catch-up bills in November. The late fees alone were brutal - one manufacturing plant owed $47,000 just in penalties. Need to swap strategies with everyone.
Definitely attending! Alabama Power finally lifted their moratorium too and it's been chaos. Some of my restaurant clients are looking at $15,000+ past due amounts. The good news is utilities are being more flexible on payment plans than usual.
Count me in from California! PG&E's been extending grace periods but the paperwork is insane. Three-hour time difference might be tough but I'll make it work. Looking forward to connecting with everyone - this year's been isolating working from home.

Willa, this sounds great but I'm in Louisiana and still dealing with hurricane restoration billing issues. Entergy's been a nightmare with their temporary rate adjustments. Might have to join late if I can wrap up this $23,000 dispute by then.
Just got the Zoom invite - thanks Willa! Looking forward to meeting everyone virtually. Been crazy busy here in Memphis with MLGW's rate restructuring, but I'll definitely make time for this. Should be a great way to wrap up a challenging year.
