Quick question on Verizon FiOS business billing

Has anyone audited Verizon FiOS business accounts? I have a potential client here in Seattle with about 20 locations, all on FiOS business service. Before I quote the engagement, I'm wondering if FiOS billing is as complex as traditional telecom services or if it's more straightforward since it's a newer platform. Any insights on common error types or billing quirks with FiOS business accounts?
David, I've done a few smaller FiOS business audits here in Connecticut. The billing is definitely simpler than legacy telecom services, but there are still issues to watch for. The main problems I've found are: incorrect service tier billing (customers signed up for 50/50 but being billed for 100/100), static IP charges that don't match contracts, and equipment rental fees that continue after upgrades. The error rates are lower than copper-based services but there's still money to be found.
Thanks Vince, that's helpful context. The simpler billing structure might make the audit process faster, which could work in everyone's favor. I'll probably quote this as a shorter engagement than traditional telecom audits. The client mentioned they've had some service upgrade issues over the past few years, so the billing tier errors you mentioned could definitely apply. Appreciate the insight!
