Sprint/T-Mobile merger billing nightmare

Is anyone else dealing with billing chaos from the Sprint/T-Mobile merger? I've got a client here in Charlotte who had Sprint business service and their bills have been completely screwed up since the transition started. They're getting charged for services they cancelled two years ago, and T-Mobile claims they have no record of the cancellations. The monthly bill went from $890 to $1,340 with no explanation. Customer service keeps transferring me between Sprint and T-Mobile departments with nobody taking responsibility.
Karen, we're seeing the same thing in Pennsylvania. The merger has been a disaster for billing accuracy. They're basically treating former Sprint customers as new T-Mobile customers and re-adding services that were previously removed. I've had to file formal complaints with the state PSC on three different clients because regular customer service can't access the old Sprint billing history. Document everything and don't accept their "system limitations" excuse.
Same mess here in Nevada. The problem is they migrated accounts but not the service change history, so anything that was modified or cancelled in the last few years got "reset" to default settings. One of my clients is paying for 15 phone lines that were disconnected in 2018. T-Mobile's position is that if they can't find the disconnection order in their system, the service was never cancelled. It's going to take regulatory intervention to sort this out.
