Weirdest thing happened with a client here in Boise. They had a T-Mobile Business account with 25 lines, monthly bill around $800. Last month the account just vanished from their online portal and they stopped getting bills. Lines are still working fine. Anyone ever see something like this? I'm worried they're racking up charges somewhere in limbo.
T-Mobile Business Account Mysteriously Disappeared
Warren, that's bizarre but I've seen similar glitches with carrier system migrations. T-Mobile has been consolidating Sprint customers and sometimes accounts get lost in translation. I'd call business support immediately and get a ticket number. Don't let this slide - they could hit you with a massive catch-up bill later.
Thanks Randy. Called yesterday and after 3 hours on hold they found the account "suspended for migration review." Rep couldn't explain what that means or give me a timeline. Got ticket #TMB-2024-0847392. This is exactly the kind of chaos that creates billing errors.
Document everything Warren! Screenshot the portal showing no account, save call records, get rep names and ticket numbers. If they eventually resurface with back-charges, you'll have ammunition to fight it. The "migration review" excuse sounds like BS to buy time while they figure out their own mess.
