Thinking about taking on a client with big Spectrum Business bills here in Lexington. They have internet and phone service at 12 locations. Anyone have experience auditing Charter/Spectrum accounts? What should I watch out for?

Anyone auditing Spectrum Business accounts?
Oz, I've done a few Spectrum audits down here in Louisiana. Their billing is pretty straightforward compared to the big carriers, but watch for promotional rates that expire without notice. They'll jump your client from $89/month to $159/month and hope nobody catches it.
Eddie here from Spokane. Had one Spectrum Business client getting charged for static IP addresses they never requested or used. $25/month per location adds up. Also check equipment rental fees - they love to keep billing for modems after clients buy their own.
