Anyone else seeing weird billing issues with Verizon FiOS Business? Sioux Falls client is showing charges for 100Mbps service but speed tests consistently show 25Mbps max. Contract says guaranteed minimum but Verizon claims "up to" language protects them. Thoughts?

Diane, check the actual service agreement language carefully. "Up to" vs "guaranteed minimum" are completely different. If the contract says guaranteed, you've got them dead to rights. Also verify they're not traffic shaping during business hours. Seen that trick before in Jacksonville.
One more thing - check if they have the right equipment installed. Sometimes they provision for higher speeds but leave old routers that can't handle the bandwidth. Easy fix but they'll keep billing premium rates for subpar service until someone complains.
