CUBA certification study group - anyone interested?

I'm planning to take the CUBA exam this fall and wondering if anyone wants to form a study group. Been auditing for Alabama Power for three years but want to get certified to advance my career. The study materials are pretty dense and I think group discussion would help a lot. Anyone in the southeast interested, or should we try virtual meetings?
Albert, I'm definitely interested. Been putting off the CUBA exam for two years now. Idaho Power keeps me busy but I need to bite the bullet. Virtual meetings would work great for me since travel from Boise isn't always feasible. What study schedule were you thinking?
Count me in too. AEP Texas has some unique tariff structures that I'd love to discuss with other candidates. The industrial rate schedules down here in Corpus Christi can get pretty complex. Maybe we could do weekly video calls covering different topic areas?
Great responses! Warren and Vivian, let's plan on weekly Sunday evening calls starting April 1st. I'll set up a shared Google folder with study materials and practice questions. Figure we'll need about 6 months to properly prepare for the October exam session.
Mind if I join your group? Passed the CUBA in 2011 but always happy to help folks prepare. Ameren Missouri has some interesting case studies I could share from my certification portfolio. The exam format has changed a bit since I took it but the core principles remain the same.
This sounds like exactly what I need! Duke Energy here in Cincinnati has been pushing certification for all senior analysts. I've got the experience but need structure for studying. Elmer, having someone who's already passed would be incredibly valuable. Should we start with utility rate fundamentals or jump into specific audit methodologies?
