Duke Energy Ohio Primary Service Requirements

Does anyone know Duke Energy Ohio's minimum demand threshold for primary service eligibility? Have a potential client in Cincinnati running about 400kW monthly peak. They're interested in the primary discount but want to make sure they qualify before investing in transformer equipment.
Chuck, I believe Duke Energy Ohio requires minimum 500kW demand for primary service eligibility. Your client at 400kW might be borderline. Sometimes they'll approve it if the customer shows projected growth to exceed the threshold within 12 months. Worth asking their commercial rep directly.
Cecilia's right about the 500kW threshold. I had a client in Youngstown get approved at 485kW because they were expanding their facility and projected 650kW within 18 months. Duke was pretty reasonable about it as long as you can document the growth plans with building permits or equipment orders.
