Eversource Net Metering Annual True-Up Error - Need Advice

Quick question for the group. Have a small commercial client in Hartford with a 50kW solar array under Eversource's net metering program. Their annual true-up statement shows they owe $450, but my calculations show they should have a $180 credit carry-forward. The issue seems to be in how Eversource is applying the delivery charges to the excess generation. Has anyone seen similar problems with their Schedule NM true-up calculations?
Vince, we've had issues with PECO's net metering true-ups here in Philadelphia. The problem is usually in how they handle the seasonal rate variations in the annual calculation. Did you verify they're using the correct monthly rates for each billing period? Sometimes their system defaults to current rates instead of historical rates for the true-up period.
Phil's right about the rate calculation issues. FirstEnergy here in Ohio had a similar problem with their Schedule NMG annual reconciliation. They were applying winter rates to summer excess generation, which completely skewed the true-up results. Take a close look at their month-by-month calculations and make sure they're using the right seasonal rates for each period. That $630 discrepancy sounds about right for a rate methodology error.
