Sub-meter accuracy requirements in Kentucky - new regulations?

Has anyone heard about new accuracy requirements for sub-meters in apartment complexes? I'm getting conflicting information about Kentucky PSC regulations. One property manager told me they need to upgrade all their sub-meters to meet new standards, but I can't find anything in the recent PSC filings. LG&E says they're not aware of any changes either.
Mike, I haven't seen anything from Kentucky PSC about sub-meter accuracy changes. Jack here in Louisville. Most of my LG&E properties are still using the same Class 200 meters they've had for years. What specific accuracy standard were they referring to? Might be confusing it with some other state's regulations.
They mentioned something about ±2% accuracy instead of the current ±5% standard, and annual calibration requirements. Sounds expensive if it's real. I'll call the PSC directly Monday to get clarification.
That sounds like California or New York regulations, not Kentucky. Tennessee doesn't have any sub-meter accuracy requirements beyond what's in the standard ANSI specifications. Property manager might be getting bad information from their meter vendor trying to sell upgrades.
