I've been using PowerPoint for client presentations but wondering if there's something better for showing billing analysis results. Need something that can handle complex rate comparisons and make the savings look impressive to CFOs. What's everyone else using for presentations?
Best software for client presentations?
I switched to Tableau for data visualization last year and clients love it. The interactive dashboards really help when explaining NorthWestern Energy rate structures to Montana businesses. Worth the learning curve if you do a lot of complex commercial accounts.
Tableau looks interesting but might be overkill for most of my NYSEG residential clients. Do you find it helps justify higher consulting fees? I'm always looking for ways to add value and stand out from competitors.
Honestly, Excel with good formatting and charts works fine for most Puget Sound Energy clients here in Tacoma. The key is telling a clear story about the savings, not fancy graphics. I've closed $500k in annual savings presentations using nothing but Excel and confidence.
