Anyone else fight PSO on transformer loss adjustments?

Working on a case here in Tulsa where PSO is applying transformer loss adjustments that seem way too high on a customer-owned 12.47kV to 480V transformer. They're using a standard 2.5% loss factor but the actual losses should be closer to 1.2% based on the transformer nameplate and load characteristics. Has anyone successfully challenged PSO on transformer loss calculations? The difference is costing my client about $800/month.
Rick, I've dealt with PSO on transformer issues before but not specifically loss adjustments. Are they applying this under Schedule CS or is this a special contract? The 2.5% seems high for a modern transformer unless it's really old or oversized for the load.
It's under Schedule LPS, Ed. The transformer is only about 8 years old and properly sized. PSO claims they use 2.5% as a "conservative estimate" for all customer-owned transformers, but that doesn't seem right. I'm thinking about hiring an engineer to do actual loss testing to prove the point.
