Anyone using good software tools for benchmarking commercial accounts in Entergy Arkansas territory? Working with several office buildings and retail clients who want to see how their usage compares. Been using Excel spreadsheets but wondering if there's something more sophisticated out there that can handle Entergy's rate schedules better.

Bobby - I use EnergyCAP for most of my benchmarking work here in West Virginia with AEP. Has good commercial building profiles and you can customize rate schedules. Not sure how well it handles Entergy's specific tariffs but worth checking out. They have a free trial period.
For commercial benchmarking I've had good luck with EPA's Portfolio Manager tool. Free to use and has decent commercial building benchmarks. Won't help with rate analysis but good for usage comparisons. What size buildings are you working with Bobby?
