Anyone know where to find good residential usage benchmarks for PPL territory in Pennsylvania? I have a client questioning their electric bills and want to show them how they compare to similar households. PPL's website has some basic info but nothing detailed by home size, heating type, etc.

PPL Residential Benchmarking Resources?
Sylvia, try the EIA's residential energy consumption survey data. It's not utility-specific but you can filter by region and housing characteristics. For Alabama Power territory I usually see 1,200-1,500 kWh monthly for similar sized homes. What's your client's usage pattern looking like?
I work with Duke Energy Ohio customers and find the ENERGY STAR portfolio manager benchmarking tool pretty useful for residential analysis. It's free and has decent regional adjustment factors. Might work for PPL territory too since you're in a similar climate zone.
