Rocky Mountain Power billing errors - anyone have experience?

Got a potential client in Salt Lake City with Rocky Mountain Power service. They think there are billing errors but RMP's rate schedules are confusing. Anyone here audit RMP accounts regularly? What are the most common issues you find? Utah doesn't have retail choice so this would be traditional rate schedule auditing.
I've done a few RMP audits in Utah. Most common errors are demand ratchet miscalculations and incorrect seasonal rate applications. Their Schedule 6 and 9 tariffs have complex demand provisions that their billing system sometimes misapplies. Also check time-of-use calculations if the account is on TOU rates.
Rocky Mountain Power covers multiple states so make sure you're looking at Utah-specific tariffs. I found a $12,000 error once where they applied Wyoming rates to a Utah account for several months. Their customer service acknowledged the error but took forever to issue credits.
