Xcel Energy Minnesota - TOU Schedule A-23 Holiday Error

Quick question for the group. Working on an Xcel Energy account in Minnesota on Schedule A-23 TOU rate. Customer is being charged on-peak rates for Memorial Day and Labor Day, but the tariff clearly states these holidays should be treated as off-peak. Has anyone seen Xcel misapply holiday schedules on their TOU rates recently? This is a small manufacturing facility and the holiday overcharges are about $340 per occurrence. Seems like their billing system isn't recognizing federal holidays properly.
Kent, I haven't worked with Xcel Minnesota specifically, but I've seen similar holiday recognition errors with other utilities after billing system updates. Usually it's because their holiday calendar wasn't properly configured in the new system. AEP here in West Virginia had the same issue last year where federal holidays were being billed as regular weekdays. The fix required them to manually update their holiday calendar and reprocess affected bills.
Kent, Evergy here in Kansas had a similar holiday billing error on their large commercial TOU schedules. The issue was that their system was correctly identifying holidays but not properly applying the off-peak rate treatment. They were calculating the energy charges correctly but still applying on-peak demand charges to holiday usage. Make sure you're checking both the energy and demand portions of the Xcel bill for holiday treatment errors. Could be more money there than just the $340 per holiday.
