Dominion Energy TOU window error - anyone else seeing this?

Quick question for anyone working with Dominion Energy Virginia accounts. I'm seeing interval data that shows TOU peak hours ending at 8pm instead of 9pm per Schedule GS-3. This is affecting about 6 clients so far, all commercial accounts under 1MW. The tariff clearly states peak is 1pm-9pm weekdays but their system is switching to off-peak at 8pm. Anyone else catching this?
Bill, I haven't seen this specific issue with Dominion but we had a similar problem with PPL here in Pennsylvania last year. Their billing system had a programming error that cut peak hours short by one hour. Took three months to get it fixed. Have you contacted Dominion's commercial billing department directly?
Sylvia - I've got a call scheduled with their billing manager for Monday. The error is definitely systematic, not isolated to individual accounts. The weird thing is their residential TOU schedules seem to be applying correctly. It's only the commercial GS-3 schedule that's wrong.
Keep us posted on what Dominion says, Bill. I have several Music City clients with Virginia operations and this could affect them too. These systematic billing errors are becoming way too common with the new smart meter rollouts. The utilities are rushing the technology without proper quality control.
