Anyone working 2022 healthcare consolidation opportunities?

Seeing lots of hospital system consolidations happening post-COVID. Many smaller hospitals got acquired by larger health systems, and there seems to be opportunities to audit facilities that haven't had professional energy management before. Anyone else noticing this trend? The newly acquired facilities often have outdated rate structures or billing errors that the parent company hasn't addressed yet.
Definitely seeing this! Just landed three former independent hospitals that got bought by a regional health system. None had been audited in over 5 years. Found significant issues at two of them - mainly demand charge errors and outdated rate schedules. The parent companies are usually very receptive because they want to standardize operations across facilities.
