County in Ohio is consolidating three separate office buildings into one new complex. Each building currently has different PSE&G rate schedules and service levels. What's the best approach for setting up the new consolidated service? Looking at about 850KW total load.

Tony, definitely go with primary voltage service if possible at that load level. The demand savings alone should justify any transformer costs. Also make sure they qualify for municipal rates.
Sylvia's spot on about primary service. Also consider separate metering for any 24/7 facilities like dispatch or jails versus normal office hours buildings. Rate structures can be very different.
Good points on the primary voltage and municipal rates. The complex will include the sheriff's office which runs 24/7, so separate metering makes sense. Thanks!
