University Steam Plant Meters - Missing Charges?

Working on a state university account with multiple buildings connected to a central steam plant. The main electric service shows normal usage patterns but I'm seeing what looks like missing demand charges for the steam generation equipment. Anyone dealt with similar setups where the boilers and pumps might be on separate meters?
Michelle, we had this exact issue at University of Illinois. Found three separate meters buried in the basement that were being billed directly to facilities management instead of rolling up to the main account. Saved them $28K annually once we got it sorted out with ComEd.
Steam plants are tricky - especially older campuses. Check if they have any cogeneration equipment too. Sometimes the utility has special interconnection agreements that create weird billing structures.
Thanks Linda and Elmer! Found the smoking gun - two 480V feeders to the steam plant on completely separate accounts. Facilities guy had no idea they even existed. This could be substantial.
