You can set up templates for common rate schedules and it flags unusual patterns automatically. About $2,500/year but worth every penny at that scale.
Second Ken's recommendation on UtilityTracker. Also consider AuditMaster Enterprise - it's pricier but has better reporting features for C-suite presentations. The heat maps showing problem properties are great for executive meetings. Just finished a 300-site grocery chain audit with it.

Demand billing errors were huge - found issues at 60% of locations. Also watch for seasonal rate transitions they missed. Saved them $180K annually just on those two categories. Start with your highest kWh sites first for biggest impact.
