Software recommendations for tracking 300+ locations

Starting a massive audit for a bank with 320 branches and I'm drowning in spreadsheets already. What software tools are people using for portfolio management? Need something that can track findings, generate reports, and handle different utility formats. Budget is flexible if it actually works.
Harriet, we use AuditTracker Pro for our large portfolios and it's been solid. Handles multi-site reporting well and can import most utility bill formats. About $2,500/year but pays for itself quickly on portfolios your size. The CFO reporting features are particularly good.
Another vote for AuditTracker Pro. We manage 450+ locations with it. The dashboard view is great for seeing patterns across sites - helped us identify that 40% of our client's Walmart locations had the same demand multiplier error.
Both solid recommendations. Also consider EnergyAudit Suite - bit more expensive but has excellent franchise management features if you're dealing with mixed corporate/franchise ownership. The key is getting something that can standardize your reporting format regardless of the source utility's billing system.
