Working with a national retail chain that has "preferred vendor" relationships with utilities in different regions. Some locations get special treatment, others are standard commercial accounts. National account coordination headaches
Kira, I've seen this with big box stores. The national account managers at utilities can actually be helpful once you establish contact with them. They often have better insight into rate options and can expedite changes. Worth the effort to build those relationships.
