Setting up recurring audit cycles for a major client with 300+ locations. Plan is to audit 100 locations per year on a 3-year rotation. Anyone else doing cyclical audits like this? Trying to figure out optimal timing and whether to randomize locations or go by geographic regions.

Recurring audit cycles for large portfolios
Rachel, we do something similar with a large healthcare system. I recommend geographic clustering to minimize travel costs and time. Also easier to build relationships with regional utility contacts when you're working the same territories regularly.
Omar, that's exactly what I was thinking. The travel efficiency alone would probably pay for itself. Thanks for confirming my instincts!
