Three weeks into a 150-location convenience store audit and I'm drowning in bill collection. Corporate has some bills centrally but many locations receive their own. Site managers don't always keep good records. How do you efficiently collect 3 years of bills from 150+ locations without losing your sanity?

Multi-site billing collection nightmare
Marcus, been there! I usually start by having corporate facilities send me whatever they have centrally, then create a simple form for site managers requesting specific months/years. Make it as easy as possible - even offer to accept photos of bills via email if needed.
Good idea Patty. I've been too rigid about wanting official copies. Photos would definitely speed up collection, especially for older bills that might be harder to locate.
