Managing a 240-store retail chain audit and I'm seeing 15+ different rate schedules across their footprint. ComEd has them on 3 different rates just in Illinois! Some stores should definitely be on TOU rates but are stuck on standard commercial. The potential savings are huge but coordinating rate changes across this many utilities is giving me nightmares.

Bernard, that prioritization approach makes total sense. I've been trying to tackle everything at once which is clearly impossible. Going to focus on the biggest savings opportunities first and work my way down the list.
