Looking for software to manage a 200+ location retail audit. Currently using Excel but it's getting unwieldy tracking findings, LOAs, billing histories, etc. Anyone using dedicated portfolio management software?

Portfolio audit software recommendations
Marcus, we're still Excel-only here but I feel your pain. Been looking at some CRM solutions like Salesforce to track client communications and findings. Not perfect but might be better than spreadsheets.
Have you considered Access? I built a simple database for my portfolio clients - tracks sites, utilities, findings, savings amounts. Takes some setup time but worth it once you get rolling.
