Food processing plant transformer ownership credit question

Working on a large food processing facility in Missouri that owns their own 69kV to 13.2kV transformer. Ameren Missouri is giving them a transformer ownership credit but it seems low compared to what I've seen with other utilities. Anyone know what the typical credit should be for customer-owned distribution transformers?
Scott, transformer ownership credits vary widely by utility. With Ameren Missouri I've seen anywhere from $0.85 to $1.40 per kVA per month depending on voltage levels and transformer size. What voltage and size transformer are we talking about?
It's a 7.5MVA 69kV-13.2kV transformer. They're getting credited $0.72/kVA/month which seems low. The transformer was installed in 2009 and is maintained by the customer.
That does seem low for a transmission-level transformer. I'd expect closer to $1.15-1.25/kVA/month for that size and voltage. Worth challenging with Ameren - they may be using outdated credit rates.
