Client just completed LED lighting retrofit in their 12,000 sq ft office building. PSE&G bill dropped from $3,100 to $2,400/month. Are there rebates available for this type of upgrade that I should help them claim?

PSE&G has good commercial lighting rebate programs. You might have missed the pre-approval window, but they sometimes do post-installation rebates if you can document the before/after usage. Could be worth $2,000-5,000 depending on fixture count.
I'll contact their energy efficiency department. Client saved all the old fixtures and has good documentation on the project. Even a partial rebate would be a nice bonus on top of the monthly savings.
