Got contacted by a strip mall owner with 8 small commercial tenants. Individual bills range from $900-2,400/month. Owner wants me to audit all of them as a package deal. Worth pursuing or too much headache for small accounts?

Strip mall owner - worth aggregating small tenants?
I'd go for it if the owner is your main contact. Having one person coordinate instead of dealing with 8 different business owners is huge. Plus you can often find similar errors across multiple meters.
Did something similar last year with a shopping center. Found the same rate classification error on 6 of 9 accounts. Owner was thrilled with the aggregate savings and referred me to two other properties. Good business if structured right.
